HVAC maintenance agreements are custom designed with our customer’s needs in mind. Regular maintenance insures your HVAC equipment is operating as efficiently as possible, reduces your carbon footprint and saves you money. Atomatic uses a 26 point checklist, which is unique to the industry.

With several programs to choose from, our maintenance programs provide you with:             

• 24 hour emergency service
• Labor rate discount and no overtime premiums
• Priority scheduling

Basic Maintenance:
Two planned maintenance inspections are performed annually as part of this agreement; one for heating and one for cooling. Repairs are at an additional cost but at our discounted labor rates. Emergency service calls (weekends or after hours) are at our regular discounted labor rates, with no overtime charges or emergency service fees.

Off Season Maintenance:
The Basic Maintenance program is available with an off-season discount. We will perform your inspections during the off season while offering the same agreement benefits and a discounted rate.

"One Trip Maintenance":
The "One Trip Maintenance" program combines the heating and cooling tune-up into one. We offer a substantial discount for customers who choose this option. This program is great for newer home comfort systems.

Full Coverage Maintenance:
Not only do we perform two planned maintenance inspections annually, one for heating and one for cooling, but this program covers all necessary parts and labor for any needed repairs (per Atomatic's Terms & Conditions) with no additional charge. That’s right - no surprises!!
