The process begins by asking our customers a multitude of questions and then doing a load calculation on your home to determine the size and different types of heating/cooling system that would fit your requirements. Ensuring the properly sized system is installed in your home provides better comfort and saves energy. We use a computer program that takes into account your home’s unique features to properly size the new equipment. We will measure your home, understand the insulation and window construction, and ask questions about how your current system has op
erated (drafts, hot/cold spots, filitration, allergies, etc.) to determine the proper size and system type replacement for your home. Our goal is to make sure your replacement system not only is more efficient but also provides increased comfort. We are also a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer (FAD).
