Residential Maintenance Agreements...

Atomatic Mechanical Services has a full line of maintenance agreement programs to fit your needs:

Basic

Two planned maintenance inspections annually (one heat/one cool).  Repairs are at an additional cost but at our discounted labor rates.  Emergency service calls (weekends or after hours) are at our regular discounted labor rates - no overtime charges!

Full Service

The same inspections as basic except repair parts and labor are included in this agreement.  This includes all parts except it does not include heat exchangers (which are normally warranted for 15 years or compressors which are normally warranted for 5 years).  However the labor to replace a heat exchanger or compressor is included.

Off Season

All of the above plans are also offered as an "Off-Season" agreement.  The only difference is that our inspections will be done during our slower periods or "Off-Season" and we give you approximately a 10% discount for that.

You can also sign up for any of these plans for multiple years (up to five years).  The benefit to this is that it protects you from price increases for the amount of years that you sign up for.
