ATOMATIC is owned by Matt Turk and Dick Hoffman. Matt and Dick began their HVAC careers in 1980 with The Trane Company in Chicago. Dick worked in service and helped develop The Hoffman Trane Service organization. Matt, a graduate sales engineer, was selling to contractors and consulting engineers. Dick left Trane to work for an HVAC equipment reseller, and Matt left Trane to work for a large design/build HVAC commercial contractor. Dick and Matt rejoined their careers in 1990 working for the same Design Build contractor. Since purchasing the company in 1993, their vision and leadership has guided the company's growth and success.
